Your Mastermind Group
What Does Your Mastermind Group Include?
- Your group is facilitated by a Certified Professional Business Coach with 30+ years of business experience who guides the conversation to ensure that priority issues are addressed and conversation is focused.
- A maximum of 5-7 members from non-competing industries provides the ability to have open, confidential discussions. (Non-disclosure agreements are required from all members.)
- Each group is a 6 month program (two 3-month segments selected by the group) designed so that each month we cover a topic critical to building business effectiveness and business value. See the topic content details on the Business Building Group Agenda.
- One 2-hour meeting each month at a local venue for breakfast or lunch. Meals are included. (Virtual meetings are available for those who do not want to travel.)
- Unlimited email and telephone support from your certified business coach.
- An annual Business Builder Survey including a 75 minute personalized virtual coaching session with your certified business coach to highlight the areas of your business that will most benefit from the group sessions.
- Members of the Operational Efficiency Group receive a free personalized DISC behavior analysis that describes your behavior type and helps you better interact with others in your organization and your life.
- A personalized 30 minute mid-month check-in call with your certified business coach keeps you on track and provides the ability to address issues and concerns that were not brought up in the monthly meetings (optional at additional cost).
